Millbank Tower, London
The Millbank tower is an upscale residential building on the bank of the River Thames. The Cable Craft Electrical team were appointed by Interior Designer Lorna Wright to design and rework the lighting for this luxury three-bed apartment. The brief was to create a discrete and practical lighting strategy which complemented the refined splendour of the interiors. CCE meticulously carried out all alterations and additions for each room inside the apartment including installing focus SB accessories alongside high functionality Lutron controls. The end result is a peaceful and luxe sanctuary, perfect to escape busy London life.
Red cottage, East Sussex
Cable Craft Electrical were brought onto this residential project to bring the electrics into the 21st century whilst still retaining its period features. The client had a keen eye for details and we worked closely alongside them to design a functional and practical installation with an emphasis on maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The job entailed a partial rewire, an underfloor heating system on the ground floor and a full mains upgrade ensuring that it complied with current regulations. The finished product boasts cosy but functional lighting.
Bordesley House, East Sussex
Bordesley House was a large scale full house renovation with work still ongoing. The spacious ground floor was completely redesigned to accommodate a new luxury Tom Howley kitchen with utility room and CCE worked closely with the clients throughout to create the perfect lighting for their new space. The right lighting was extremely important to the clients as they wanted to keep an element of the traditional style with a modern twist. We designed a sleek and functional installation across all areas of building as well as installing an impressive illuminated external water feature. The project consisted of a full rewire with multiple Wi-Fi access points as well as exterior lighting design and an EV charging point. Whilst the renovation is still ongoing, the finished house promises to be an sophisticated oasis of calm in the Sussex countryside.
